We made it!

The non-stop flight from NewYork to Johannesburg is pretty long; 14 hours and change.  Hurricane Florence which formed in the Atlantic forced some route changes for our flight and we came into Johannesburg a little late, but we managed to catch our connecting flight to Cape Town.

Thys was there to pick us up and get us to our guest house at Rickety Bridge.  The manor house will be our home base until Friday.  The Stellenbosch and Franschhoek area is very pretty and we'll do some exploring in the coming days.
